Description: This project widened Madera Road from Presidential Drive to Simi Valley’s west city limits. The improvements included construction of a retaining wall, roadway paving, about 2,800 linear feet of curb and gutter, 13,900 square feet of sidewalk, a landscaped median and traffic signal modification.
