Description: This 11 phase project had Rasmussen working inside the Port of Long Beach busy Pier J rebuilding the intersection installing new drainage, Concrete Pavement and Asphalt. Traffic handling was key to success as truck entering and exiting the Port of Long Beach was vital and could not be interrupted during construction.
