Description: Remove and replacement of 85,000 TNS of Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt on HWY 118. Remove and Replacement of 2,000 CY of concrete freeway sections with Rapid Set Concrete. Rasmussen performed 80% of the work at night under live traffic. At completion 14 miles of freeway were resurfaced and striped by Rasmussen.
